Can I build? Yes or no!

Join the Victory crew as we spend the last couple of days getting ready for the concrete season. I dealt with hopefully the last snowstorm of the season and the city board. We are officially ready for concrete and Monday it’s on! Enjoy

  1. hey rayn just thinking on how you can savemajor$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$rock crusher makeing your own gravel with the cleanout you wouldn't have to pay for dumping concrete from jobs and wouldn't have to buy as much gravel

  2. all those shameless people out there asking for handouts from a hardworking guy, and then have the audacity to ask for more without even saying thank you.. that's just insane. As much as I need money myself I could never justify asking for it. Let alone be so ungrateful afterwards.

Anyways, thanks for the amazing content as always Ryan.

  3. I need to go on another “technology” break…. Last time I did I came back and I was BINGE WATCHING THE VIDEOS !!!!🎉 … now every time a new video comes out , IM EXCITED , but then sad because it ended and there isn’t another video hahaha

  4. Always watching your videos now I can watch and catch up now had to get a new phone so I can get notifications when you go live so I can be here and get caught up on your videos enjoy you and the crew

  5. I’d hit you up for a job if I didn’t live in South Dakota and being a single dad. 9 years to go and I can move to wherever and try something new for work

  6. Ryan you need to start making your guys pay when they do all this damage, that many garage doors and mailboxes getting torn up to do residential snow plowing is ridiculous. Your guys are not paying attention and I've watched several of your videos And I've seen where you've got on to them about not paying attention, you start taking money out of their wallet and they'll pay attention a lot better. I can't believe you're going to give a $500 bonus Just to entice your employees to show up for work on time that is an extremely charitable gesture there. But I think your guys need to pay better attention to what they're doing when they're working because they're not the ones that get yelled at or they're not the ones that lose the contracts you are Your men represent your company and they should pay a little bit better attention. I mean if the garage door damage is something that happens all the time then have your guys get out and take a shovel and move Snow away from the garage door that way they don't hit it with their blade.
