14. Love these videos and jr is the man are used to own a big company. I had 24 employees we did concrete in general contractor and then I had a landscaping company too, but I had A few guys I hired through the years that was in jr boat people understand what I mean and some of the other team members sometimes we get frustrated and complain because they wasn’t the hardest workers and I get paid them as much as Much as I did other people and I didn’t expect much out of them they would help pick up tools, clean truck out go grab tools little things like that And one day a couple of them was riding with me. We was going to pick up paper ahead of the Landscaping company and I’m up and said I know we not able to work and do as much as the other people I think you pay more than fair but the money isn’t the main benefit? The real benefit is feeling like a regular person like we contribute to something so Ryan thank you for what you do with jr I’m sure he loves money. Everyone does, but the major benefit is him feeling like he belongs and him feeling he has responsibility and a job anyone else

32. Jr. Loved painting the machine. Not as much as he loves spending easy money. Forget about it.

34. If you wanna protect your rubber stamps you can use something like VRP from the chemical guys. That product is excellent at protecting rubber and vinal from the sun. I don’t know if it will react with any of the chemicals those stamps come in contact with it would be worth an email to them though. Keeping them out of the sun does help but that stuff really does increase the life of rubber and vinal sun or no sun. I love using it.

41. When the paint starts going off, grab a stirp of masking tape and light tap around the run, give it couple coats, 50% of the it works or flat and polish

Haven't followed or watched this channel for almost a couple of months due to keeping odd hours of late but I'm so glad you guys have finally rekindled this friendship and unique chemistry, looking forward to seeing Jnr get back into it with the crew (if that's the plan).😊👍It's the best thing I've seen in a while after a terrible past month on YT concerning a couple of my other favourite channels with Steve Wallis's stealth camping suddenly losing 'Crazy Neighbour' to late stage diagnosed Cancer and the untimely disappearance and death of the well renowned 'Hobo Shoestring', this reunion and banter has genuinely put a much needed smile on my dial.
