  1. I'd like to know why half the time you work harder not smarter and the other half of the time you work smarter not harder, IE; hand tools , power tools and another thing why do you think most things are funny? I don't get it. What your working on an most times you laugh, what you laugh at is not funny

  2. 👍👌👏 At the end it could be seen how to get access to the spark plug wrench = by simply vibrating it out! 😁 😉 2) The engine runs really good and sounds strong.
I'm eagerly looking forward to watch the next video part.
Thanks a lot for making teaching* explaining recording editing uploading and sharing.
Best regards luck and health in particular.
    * = This time even how better not to do some things. 😁 😉

  3. I am beginning a project to build a amphibious Motorcycle.
I'm thinking you and many of your subscribers may be interested in each of us developing the different systems to make it all work.
Could license as a motorcycle and also a boat. 10
Get off work and drive it directly into the water and enjoy some time on the water.
Without any need for a trailer or a tow vehicle.
Would be so cool for 20 or more diy builders across the world to all build there own at the same time.
Like in the 70"s when they built VW Trikes from kits.

  4. I owned one of these back in the 80's.
I was about 14 years old and it was already over 10 years old when I got it.
I was able to ride it a few times, but only when the snow was the perfect depth.
More than a few inches and you spent more time pushing it.
Maybe it would work good on a flat groomed trail.
Not much power so forget about climbing even the slightest hill.

  5. Nevertheless, Darren, You got the perfect personally for this job, you definitely got the Patience of Job as my mom would always say. If it were me I would've lost it long ago. I guess that's why I've never become a mechanic. lol I do however have respect for what mechanics have to deal with and overcome, that's for sure. The Rope is wound the wrong way, I got to do it all over again my heart sank for ya bud when you said that…

  6. He beat on that chain link for 10 minutes, but then when he got to the clutch he wipped out the wd40/oil right away. I was thinking, "Does this guy not have a damn can of WD40?

  7. There’s this new invention that just came out in the last 85 years or so, it’s called penetrant. It’s great! It frees up Rusty stuff like chain, snap rings, nuts and bolts. You should try it. 😮

  8. It's funny thousands of dollars in tools but you don't have a bike chain remover. They sell them at wally world for a few dollars. Next time your there grab one they work on most smaller chains. The hardware store has them to. 😆 😂

  9. When you discovered the pull start was put together backwards and you said you were going to have to do it all over, you and I sighed at the exact same time. Lol!!!!! Makes me feel like less of a doofus when somebody like you who knows his stuff can make the same mistakes I do. Thanks for being real and not editing that out. Greatly enjoy all your vids. I learn something new everytime.

  10. можно было разогреть конец старой обломанной пружины до красна и загнуть, и пользоваться дальше )

  11. There is a simple way to wrap that spring….let the spring GENTLY unwrap….hook your inside hook in the reel and wrap it by hand in where it is supposed to be. When you are a little over half done or so the rest will just lay into place. Also your making your life miserable filling that cylinder with oil right at the start.

  12. In my younger years, I would have considered that a challenge to restore. I myself have restored many older snowmobiles and some were even brought home in cardboard boxes and still restored. I would be approaching someone concerning replacing that chain and those paddles with possibly hyfax material or 3 -D printed paddles bonded onto newly engineered plates to mount on the chain. As I told someone, with enough money you can restore anything. I can tell that unit would be costly. When done, that will be a museum piece. There is a snowmobile Museum in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that has many vintage machines that still run. Once a year, they bring them all out and do a fun run with them. I no longer work on snowmobiles due to health issues. What a great project!

  13. Coarsely filtering out snow, ice and water is pretty mandatory for these 2-strokes. Too much snow or water can lean them out and burn them down.
