Accounts from law enforcement officers in a new FRONTLINE/The Texas Tribune/ProPublica documentary show that Robb Elementary students stayed quiet and hidden on May 24, 2022 as they were trained to do – and, because of that, ‘officers thought they weren’t there’ and took longer to help, reporter Lomi Kriel says in an excerpt from ‘Inside the Uvalde Response.’

  1. Why would he be shooting in an empty room??? I could hear the gunshots and see the cops in the hallway. . . You’re also taught to be QUIET in a gunman situation so they don’t unalive you. Why tf do you think you would hear people screaming “IN HERE”? Like who would they be alerting?! Just poor excuses and decision making all around.

  2. If these kids were being quiet they were trying to live. I remember when this happened I am pretty sure I was pen palls with this school. I was the same age as the 4th graders(and still am with the survivors of this). But this is so sad I can't believe Around 2-3 years ago we lost around 15+ beautiful souls because of a horrible man.

  3. 0:11 hearing the gun shots made me cry so muchhhh😭😭😭😭this e billets are hard imagine all the kids un that room seeing there friends die with those bulletproof and then them getting shot and imagine seeing there friends getting shot and they survived and now it’s in the head forver I can’t believe this case it’s makes me so sad

  4. while i agree that they should have responded differently i full hearted believe 95 percent of you wankers commenting wouldnt go in either and thats a fact

  5. Cowardsss!!! All OF THEM Got Seconds 2 save lives and they Didn't… They should all be Fired If They Just Stood Down Law Enforcement is Suppose to Protect and Serve That's your Job and Duty!!!😡

  6. officers need to go find another job because of how terrible they did. put those badges DOWN. go work at a convenience store or sum. but the thing that makes me really mad is the officers in the hallways just stood there. they are supposed to be quiet during a shooting. OF COURSE YOU COULDNT HEAR THEM. bunch of bullshit.

  7. Isn't there a video where they say specifically that "the sounds of the children screaming has been muted prior to broadcast"? Now you are just not telling the truth. Shame on you. Report the actual news.

  8. "It was really quiet" Bullshit. The kids that were hiding and waiting for the police to come in and help they arnt going to be yelling. They stayed silent because thats what you're taught in school. Those kids did everything right and these cowards couldn't do their job and help them. 77 minutes.

  9. I believe the police already thought the children were dead ("it was too quiet") and they were scared for themselves. None of these "men" should be police officers. Pathetic really.
