Missing Person Kugen Chinniah from the 26th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an endangered missing person, Kugen Chinniah. He is a 25-year-old male who was last seen on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 2:33 p.m. in the 20XX block of North Leithgow Street.
Kugen is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 210 pounds, has brown eyes, and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a white polo shirt, tan pants, and white sneakers. Kugen was driving a gray Hyundai Sonata with Pennsylvania license plate #KSA-0938.
