13. Hey Ryan, let Customer know the old contractor just went over budget on rebar and added more concrete on the outside so they had to take it from the inside.😂 outside supposed to be 5 inches. It was 8 inches inside. Supposed to be 5 inches. It was 2 inches so he just took the extra 3 inches from the inside and put it to the outside so technically he still got the same amount of concrete.😂😂
