More Beautiful Hay!

Today I’m baling more beautiful hay! I’m using my Farmall 656 and Gehl 1860 baler to make round bales. First cutting hay is finished!

  1. After putting attention to the video i figure it out that the crying noise from the baler after throwing the bale out is because the friction between the belt and the iron roller

  2. Pete. Do you ever consider new equipment since some newer things are far more efficient than the older stuff? I often read that modern four wheel drive tractors can do jobs of much larger two wheel drive older tractors.

  3. Have you ever thought to have a field hand? I've been watching your videos and have seriously wanted to get into farming but don't have the funds to do so. Not looking for a job, looking for knowledge and hands on experience. I'd love to chat more if you have an email or something?

  4. Excellent video Peter 🙂 what type twine do use on Square and Round Bales to hold together also do like ! I don't like plastic and I like string types better!
