Join the crew as we build a new hoop house salt enclosure and get ready for snow. The transition from summer concrete work to winter snow happens fast around here. Enjoy

  1. Lol AZ Boys don't know nothing. That is an ignorant comment. You do know that northern AZ gets snow? Flagstaff AZ has a ski resort Snowbowl look it up. What's more dangerous. The mountains. The roads aren't flat. If anything they work harder pulling over turned vehicles that roll. Sometimes it's impossible to recover.
AZ Boys work as hard as Colorado Boys. We have mountains. You don't. 😂
And the ones that never leave southern AZ will agree with you. I live less than 100 miles from Colorado. We get snow. The kids get snow days. They do use salters here. 😂

  2. Yes us AZ boys don’t know nothing bout that snow and salt spreader lol but we know we can drop sand on our golf courses all year round 💪🏽😂 with a drop spreader like that

  3. Hey Ryan love your vids, you seem to have a lot of your workers coming late to work, you should make them stay late once a month to make up the time, that will put a end to it,or the latest person has to buy coffee break that day!
You good guys and you treat them great but they are taking advantage of you good nature. I had a similar problem because I had friends and relatives working for me,BIG mistake! Annnny way I love how you don't edit out any mistakes, that's how we learn making mistakes!
Have a great Chrismas to you and your family and your crew!

  4. Man , come to work on time you have responsibility pray about being one time so important since I was kid paper route always on time . I have seen guys 1 minutes gone

  5. Watching this brought me way back as a child when my dad would plow in the winters. It was always special when he would let one of us kids come with him 🥰 He would take us to get donuts and hot chocolate before we started ❤️ I remembering being so happy getting to do this with him ❤️ Thanks for the video, it reminded me of one of my favorite childhood memories ❤️

  6. At work we have a wider scissor lift we use in the gymnasium, it’s nice and stable going up and down, but once it reaches a certain height she’ll sway when someone moves.

  7. 🤣😊🤣🤣🤣😊 🤭🤣🗣️🤘 how that feel hits his head 😂😂🤣🗣️🗣️

  8. First off I found your channel on accident, never done concrete in my life but love the content and you've taught me alot! Been thinking about a slab under my lean to last season but was nervous, now I'd tackle it comfortably just from what I've learned from you in the last week! And finally just wanted to pitch my 2cents about Boss plows, good plows but the wire connectors being non weatherpack is pathetic and causes nuisance issues from what I've dealt with. I wish you weren't across the country I'd love to service your fleet of equipment!

  9. hello guys from the uk. you all do the comunity a wondeful service, great job keep up the good work. stay safe be well and always have fun thank you guys and boss you have a lot of patiance with your workers and i hope that they apreciate you as thier boss. god bless you always.

  10. Ryan, I'm an old grandmother, with a daughter who lives in Minnesota that has 9 children. 🙂 They – and we – are never bored. Your men are blessed to have you as their boss…"commander", leader. Certainly, they are learning far more than simply "concrete work". One of the best things you teach by example is, how to deal with people. All types of people, all levels, all brain-cells. And of course, those watching this channel are learning as well. Thank you for sharing, and allowing us to tag along. And I've never had concrete done, but now I'm wishing I had a place for some that was framed. And stamped. I'm in SC. I suspect I could not afford the "travel fee". 🙂

  11. So I’m
Not a concrete guy, I don’t plow snow but for some reason I spend hour after hour watching you guys do just that, lol
Ryan your a great guy with a big heart and you can see the respect your guys have for you and well, Junior adds so much more to this channel and your business that his physical abilities, his presence and wholesomeness is worth every penny.
Keep up the great work and content, cheers from Ontario, Canada!
