Back here 5 years later. Yeah, that driveshaft is good and stuck in the powerhead. Never seen anybody get one out once it's rusted in there. Almost every part is rusted and corroded. It's really a parts motor.

I could not believe how clueless you were about the gear case. First thing should check if it had oil.
Need to put gas in carburettor if you want it ti run. Putting gas in the plug hole may only give one fire.
