    A far more accurate & ominous term to describe the Trump administration is "fifth columnists", a Scandinavian term that sounds like that in English – sort of like the sound a Japanese soldier made when he tried to pronounce "American". It came out "Melican".

    Unlike fifth columnists, syncophants are usually hypocrites; they don't believe a word of the incantations they're muttering to their Supreme Leader. Would you describe Goebbels, Himmler, Borman or Hess as mere syncophants? How 'bout Eichman or Mengle? They really believed the hate Hitler spewed from the Reichstag.

    If you use the more accurate term, it will give botlh of you, Ben & Michael the opportunity to explain the origin of the term & hence, Trump's relationship to Putin.

    While describing Trump as Putin's puppet is not wrong, it paints an incomplete picture.
    Trump is Putin's quisling. Those in Trump's administration who actually believe in & support Trump's goals & aspirations are called quislings.

    The word "quisling" comes from the name of Norway's Defense Minister in WW II, Vidkun Quisling, installed as Hitler's puppet to keep his fellow Norwegians in line & advance the Nazi agenda in Scandinavia. Those in the Norwegian government who actually supported & believed in the Nazi idealogy were called fifth columnists.

    Vidkun Quisling was to Hitler what Donald Trump is to Putin – a national leader who Hitler & Putin could use & abuse as they saw fit. Manipulate & control are appropriate synonyms.

    Your job is to educate the public to the real danger of the Trump-Putin connection. If you don't, there won't be a 2028 election. With that both Gavin Newsom & I are in complete agreement. As far as I know, the CA Governor is the first official to express that concern publically. He expressed his grave concern on the Stephen Colbert Show this week.

    Let me ask you something: Both Trump & Putin know the Dems are going to win the mid-term elections next year if they get a chance.
