Look who's back! Build back better?

Join the full concrete crew once again as we begin a new patio project. We demo the old, implement a new design and get ready to pour. We had to contend with some mud but it was not as bad as I thought. We poured the steps and are now ready for the patio pour. Enjoy

  1. 16:32 Francisco was seriously frustrated with the way Jr was talking to him
Said “I’ll knock out your teeth” and “You have a big boogie right here (pointing to his nose)’

  2. I started watching your videos about? 2 years ago. So I been watching some of your old ones, and they are pretty great. Looking at old school video of yall is very interesting. You have come a long way. Goood Work!

  4. 20:10 wondering what the reason is for putting the pipes into the ground where the steps are……so the steps don’t shift? Always wonder that…can someone else tell me why? Thanks!!!!

  5. I’ve watched this a couple times since you posted it, could you explain (probably won’t at this point lol) why you couldn’t just move the form to the corner of the window without moving the entire form? Seems like you did it right after that in another spot. Just wondering, that’s all!

  6. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, Buggs is worth every penny he earns, he always shows up early, admits his mistakes and is a wizard with concrete. You’re lucky to have him and Mike.

  7. "it's always something": indeed, when more than one person is working, issues present. In the same way that many renters don't maintain property as the owner would, employees don't always take care of tools as the owner would. Even though not putting something away brings irritation into their own work day, tools don't get put away properly. Then, time is wasted – job on hold – trying to find what "someone" didn't put away. But that the grief of business growth. Ryan, you handle all of it extremely well, and your crew is blessed by your patience – or he quick way you deal and then let go – when they handle things wrongly. You are a very good example of "how to be a boss" for others watching. I'm thankful for your channel.

  8. you have to watch Daryl as he will find ways to stand and do nothing and he is always eating as he is constantly bored so you need to allocate all the jobs you can to Daryl so that he dos not become a lazy non-worker. He took the job from his son so that he has to tip the concrete in then he is standing doing nothing he is crafty so watch him Ryan. Anyway good work I love your vidieos hello from the uk. work hard live well stay safe and be happy god bless you Ryan. if I could get to where you work I would make all your team look like they are lazy. see ya later. ^_^
