1. Yes. New pulley is larger. Easy to miss. Probably wear out the alternator bearings.

10. I can usually find the OEM manufacturer of the AC compressors and they are new not rebuilt.
    I understand you need to meet a time deadline.

16. I love watching the videos reminds me of when I was a tech myself but not able to perform the job as a profession due to sever spinal stenosis any longer I wish that I was able to video the jobs I did while working as a tech

17. The pulleys were different sizes you never compared them with one another it actually was very easy to see when they were next to one another so now the belt being forced on will be putting stress on the alt bearings nice way to gain extra service keeping the customer coming back

20. Ray buddy, that A/C Compressor came with new studs with blue lock-tight and new O-rings and crush washers, look back at 13:37 on your own video. Again this is not meant as a REEEEE lol but as NASTY as those studs look I always use the new parts provided brother. And yes I know this video is 11 months old. lol Just a tip from a Master HVACR 30+ year retired technician I always pre-oil my O-rings with a few drops of appropriate compressor oil before installing them, it keeps them soft and supple plus it aids in installation, just like O-rings on fuel injectors.

25. MY FRIEND….WHEN YOU HAVE A BLACK DEATH A/C SYSTEM YOU ALWAYS CHANGE THE CONDENSER WITH THE KIT(WHY YALL ASK)THE FLOW FINNS ARE MUCH SMALLER TODAY AND YOU CANNOT FLUSH THE METAL OUT OF IT.

26. I went to MMI in Orlando in '89-90. I fondly remember the rain showers every afternoon (bout 2 to 4). Miss that.

27. Been watching a lot of your videos. Had to cringe at this one! Motorcraft is the only brand of spark plugs that belong in a Ford! No exception. The AC compressor in my 2004 F150 went out last year. Although I know better, I tried to save some money and had a non genuine compressor installed. It lasted one month beyond warrantee when I pulled the plug before it granaded. I had a NEW Motorcraft unit installed and expect it to last for around 18 years like the original. I really hated to see that black painted thing go into that vehicle.

    Please excuse my rant, I just couldn't help myself.
