In this video I have a look at a ladies Honda CRV because she said the engine light is on and it is really hard to get started. By that she meant it cranks a reallllly long time before it will fire. A few checks at the cranks sensors showed us we had nothing…. no power, ground or signal! Hmmmm… I smell a rat🐁!

  1. I bought an old Volvo from a nice couple in another county in a rural area. picked up the vehicle and drove it about miles on the way home stopped for gas. A mouse ran out from under the car and scurried away. I guess it was holding on for dear life until then.😢

  2. You are a gem. Just because it is new (part) doesnt mean its good. What ever time it takes to secure the needed part from Wilberts and return the working car to the customer is totally worth every dollar. Roughly 70 percent of new parts that arebeing delivered are wrong. That takes even more time. Keep your customers smiling.

  3. It's still great you do that I realize you have to charge but customers don't have to sit and wait for their car so yes you do deserve kudos my hats off to to you cut yourself way to short O'

  4. Do the mice eat the high quality black tape?
I have heard that mice hate peppermint.
No one should work for free.
I have worked in electronics (hands on) for over 50 years. Your repair techniques are very good, Eric. Give only minimal attention to the critics. 🖖🏼🍀

  5. Eric your videos are instructional from an automotive prespective, educational from a general mechanical & electrical repair standpoint and last but not least very entertaining. Keep it up Mr. O.

  6. I had a truck that the fuel level sensor stopped working. Found that a mouse had eaten about 6 inches of the wiring along the frame rail. I replaced it and it work great for about a month, after which, I found that the little devil had eat the 6 inches of new wire that I had just installed the previous month. That was a little frustrating.

  7. Question what Power Pro is a good tool to have? I am a DIY and I watch your videos all the time. I have learned a lot from watching your videos. Thank you, and let me know.
