   A LARGE majority of business owners would look down on and be salty about one of their employees trying to do their own thing on the side. And they DEF wouldn't throw them leads or rent them equipment. They think it's a zero sum game, but like you've said before, there's enough work for everyone.

   And at the end of the day, someone like you has been doing concrete work for almost as long as Eric has been alive. The type of customer who would choose a cheaper price over experience, isn't your targeted customer base anyway. Eric's doing great, but he still has a lot to learn and GREATLY benefits from continuing to work for you while doing small jobs on the side.

25. I am from Nebraska, we had a our concrete supplier come out with a replacement. We used the replacement for three months. Out of no where the city denied the use of that concrete do to its high salt deterioration. Omaha had to completely shut down all concrete use for one whole month.

49. We had several times this season that we couldn't get concrete, we use Ozinga then they started getting cement from another area and offered us concrete for an extra $30 a yard. Luckily we only had a few jobs left for the season when they started doing this, our supplier told us was the Production facilities doing it.
