4. You're too good of a boss. Not only you take all of your guys out on the boat for the day to have fun. You buy a bunch of snacks and drinks and you take them to breakfast and lunch before and after. Pay them for the entire day and give them like $200 bonuses for the day. But a lot of them still are late to work all the time. They do a bunch of no-call no-shows and do whatever Daryl did. If I remember correctly, I don't think Francisco's ever done a no call no show. Eric obviously has done a couple. And as far as I remember, I don't think big Ray Carlito or little Ray who's still pretty new has ever done a no call, no show or been late. Obviously bugs is never late and he's never knew called no showed but he's not there anymore. Anyway

   I just find it crazy that you treat your guys so well and you don't receive it back. If I was in your area and I did concrete work I would love to work for you but I'm not in your area and I don't do concrete work and I really don't want to. I mean I was a welder for many years and that's enough. Hard work for me. I mean sorry that was enough easy money for me.

5. It is possible to water ski without the skis? I just don't think Daryl has the strength to do it and that pontoon does not go fast enough. Also what's really fun to try to do on a tube is to do a 360. And no I don't mean like spin the tube around. I mean you lift the tube off of the water and roll your back onto the water while still holding the tube and then finishing the roll land back on the tube. It's really difficult and after an entire weekend of trying my good friend. Finally was able to do it with me pulling him on my jet ski. But he was determined and there was a lot of failure. So I guess it's not really a 360. It's more of a barrel roll. But it's super cool

6. See that's how you should have done it when this last year? Or was it the year before. Back when you said you were going to take out a boat and then nobody showed up. Even though they had a paid day on a boat, they chose not to come in. He got to drop it on them when they get to work or you got to make it mandatory. Mandatory fun day. Or since you typically pay them on a day like this, you could just say if you don't show up you're not getting paid
