13. You are so right, Ryan. People get behind their phone or computer screen and type away saying things that they would never say to another's face. It's easy to jump on and do it – like texting in "sick" to work. What people need to do is take a breath, think about if what they WANT to say NEEDS to be said, if there's any value to it and if the roles were reversed, would they like it said to them. One thing my Nana taught us as children was this: "personal remarks are never in good taste". So, if any of the things apply to what one is feeling such an urge to type, just don't. You'll be a better person for it.
