8. Royal pain in the ass that is is, whenever I worked on a rust-o-magic or crust-o-magic like this, I always took bolts and nuts to the vice and hit them with the wire brush and some -enter at ing oil. The time it took was more than re-aid with easier threading on reassembly.

Got question on steering box I just playing around with rebuilding had couple units Does 12mm steering shaft have to line up with square keyway or can it go on different Put everything back on mine and found pitman arm is not lining up Thinking removing 12mm spinning 360 line up key way see if pitman goes on?

11. Add a drilled drain hole to the mounting ears of the one trans cross member. Sometimes when you go a little slower, you go a little faster. Just like driving
    When you go too fast you end up going slower. Be patient!!!!!

28. Oh, man, I loved this. I never had the full lift and trans-jack luxury, but I had many late nights, where lying on the floor, in a puddle of coolant, struggling with the wrong tool was preferable to crawling out to get the right one.
    I fully sympathise.
    You amaze me, finding the energy to record all this, edit it all together and post it for our entertainment.
    I was always pooped when I finished work, so eating and sleeping were all I was fit for.
    Nowadays I only do that level of vehicular work on friends and family vehicles, so those sort of nights are history, for me.
    But I’m still a slogger, just on boats and mostly the electrical systems, so heavy equipment is usually not required, but late nights certainly are.
    I’m injured at the moment, so living vicariously, through your videos. Thanks for being there .

32. You need to get a sofa/day bed in the office area. On a day like this take a 15-20 minute (timed) Power Nap). It will help you thru days like this, there is no shame in getting older and needing a bit more sleep. Rock on Ray!

36. In my neck of the woods, there is no way in hell that you can pass yearly inspection with chassis rust.

39. Generally speaking, are all nissans trash? The '13 altima we have has had way more problems than any other car I've ever owned or come across.. all with less than 100,000 miles on it.

40. Looking at some American car repair content is always intriguing.
    I just wonder how many cars won't pass mandatory inspection here in Sweden.
    This one would definetly be a notice at least on rust. Not far away for being disqualified for public road use until fixed.
    The logic behind strict inspection here is that you don't just risk your own life with a bad vehicle.

    Edit: Speaking of no sleep because of kids. I've got co-workers who have 2-3 kids. I don't even get mad when those guys are half dead and get less done at work.
    They told me about the average hours they get to sleep some weeks and damn… The fact that they even function enough to get to work sometimes surprises me.
