I've bought a few things off craigslist.
At least half of the people I've tried to deal with on craigslist were flaky/unreliable.

I would do something with those control switches and maybe jack the roof up, treatment on the rust spots with a little bit of paint and a service just to make it safe, I didn’t see any out riggers to stop it tipping?

Oh man, in the airline biz, we did not go up in that bucket on a deicer truck without strapping on a safety harness! I'm looking at this vid 3 years later, so I'm thinking at least if you fell, you survived it.
