1. just a piece of shit that can not even play 4K file. all videos are all only 1080p. even all apps are only play at 1080p. if you hook up with 4K box it will run but only 30hz. forget the HDR it is not exist.

12. Nobody is talking about its custom equaliser setting for better audio output while watching movies. Lows are too low and highs are too high. U will find many custom settings for 4A which won't work in 4x. Somebody help with the settings. Its annoying to turn up volume during dialogues and turn down during explosion 💥

    Based on your review, I have purchased the Mi 65 inch TV. Here is my feedback and hopefully your followers can see and take informed decision.

    I had bad experience overall. The LED screen has screen burn within the first few months. In March I raised complaint and they came, took 3 weeks and later changed the LED panel. So far so good. They responded, gave free replacement.

    The problem however starts now. The day the panel was replaced, the panel was dark and we showed to the technician. They agreed something was not right and said they will raise it internally and find a solution.
    I call after 2 days, only to realise the earlier ticket is closed since their job was to replace the screen, not to make sure it works. In the meantime, the screen goes fully dark. No more TV for us.
    So, now panic and I raise a new complaint on 21 April. After 5 days, they tell us, they have raised a request for a new panel, which will come in 10 days time and it will be replace.
    IN all this i have lost good 10 days already and 10 more to go for panel to come. All this without any TV.

    I asked if they would replace TV or panel again? I was told they will only replace panel again.

    So, there you go, no guarantee if this will work and they will keep replacing panel. I would say, poor initial quality and sad customer service system.

    Would request you to consider this feedback before your review on any new Mi/Redmi products.

22. Why would Xiaomi label the price of this model as 'before:65k INR' on their website when the launch price is 55k!?
    Pretty pathetic attempt to fool consumers into purchasing a product by showing it as a "discount" if you ask me…🤷🏻‍♂️👌🏼💩

Please don't recommend this TV to anyone bought this TV last year , the panel had issues and it took more than one month to replace after replacement new issues had started popping up and even when in extended warranty the customer care is pathetic they will make false promise and don't not fix your problem . Waste of Money , worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life . kindly stick to other reputed brands to have some peace of mind
