I went back and watch some of the older videos and when Ryan's sitting by the fire he said some real stuff what id give to go to work and be normal again 3 yrs ago i was in a bad car accident and broke my back and was paralyzed from waist down the thing i miss the most is working and doing things with the family like in this video some cant work and some ppl just dnt wanna work what id give to put in a 10hr day again

21. Jr. has sleep apnea. It leads to heart disease, and brain damage Just google sleep apnea. The NFL linemen majority have sleep apnea. Have a neck larger than 18" you may have it if you feel sleepy too often during the week. MD
