11. This has to be fake. I'm sorry there behavior is just not genuine. Haven't really gone over the comments, but I'm sure other people have figured this out. I've worked with a lot of contractors, and I don't know anyone who would have put up with this. I know im late to the party (4 year old video) but after warching… I had to comment lol.
