15. This is why i got out of this kind of work. Always getti g laid off in the winter, rught at Christmas time too. I would tell guys in the crew start preparing for the winter it'll be here before you know it. Bad thing is if you dont find your guys work in the winter, youll have to start iver every year with new guys
