Meeting you! Is my bucket list! You inspire me! I want to remind everyone to focus on your health. I was 50 doing well, working hard, then I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. I was 6’4†220, now I’m 5’11†260.. depression set in after my wife and father passed within a years time. This plus my deteriorating health led to severe depression. I just want to thank you Ryan for providing me with courage to persevere through these difficult times. Your videos provide me with comfort and strength. I grew up with the same work ethic, morals, and share your sense of humor. Thank you sir!
