26. How hard would it be for an average Joe like me, with minimal computer skills to learn how to do some of this stuff? If love to mess with the scammers that call me a little more then just wasting their time lol

27. Perhaps a new scam from India and Pakistani? Forged architectural sealed building plans and sealed professional engineered plans. Washington State and Oregon have really been having issues with customers searching the internet to get commercial and residential building plans / drawings stamped by a registered design professional. Be aware! I review building plans. I have had three bogus / forged sets of plans in the past two weeks. Apparently this may be a new scam and they are raping online customers!!! They do this to get plans approved.
