Missing Juvenile Kahir Andrews from the 18th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile 15 year old Kahir Andrews. Kahir resides on the 5300 block of Delancey Street and was last seen on January 31, 2026, at approximately 1:15 p.m. near 3rd Street and Oregon Avenue. He is known to frequent the Fashion District in Center City, Live Up Philly located at 48th and Market Streets, and the McDonald’s at 52nd and Chestnut Streets.
