3. I can agree with other answers but not those related with flash sales / black market sales / offline sales, cause you guys make these decisions intentionally. Making something scarce makes it more interesting but in reality it's the same thing.

   And you guys keep doing it with new line ups as well, and when you can't sell it that well, you send the thing in open sale.

   It's a great strategy to determine what is the demand, but at the same time a frustrating experience for a lot of customers. So they just go offline buy the phone by paying a little bit extra and don't have to go through the hassle a fan or the person who really doesn't have any other option has go through.

   I don't even know if you guys get any extra profit from those offline sales but if you don't, then you not doing something significant regarding the flash sales is just plain stupid.
