  1. Working on 2004 chevy 1500. 4.3l
Having same symptoms, checked fuel symptoms replaced fuel pressure regulator and still no start. Going to get injection coil..
Thanks for your video, was real helpful…

  2. I use to have a 1994 S10 Blazer and that ICM was failing about once a month until I got a performance one from NAPA and used high quality computer thermal paste on it. That seemed to fix it, but I still carried a spare just in case.

  3. Rainman Ray. I have a Question for you. I have a 2004 Chevrolet s-10 Blazer 4.3, I pulled the front off of it and re set the Timing, and re-set the rotor to the (6) on the dist. checked all the spark wires from plug to cap. all the coil and parts are new, SHOULD START RIGHT , NOT. JUST BACKFIRING SO WHAT DO YOU THINK I did wrong.. CW in Ark

  4. Holy crap I just saved a bunch of money thanks to this video. I appreciate you very much. I spent all day trying to figure out what it was after watching this video. I did it in five minutes.

  5. What would cause the truck to keep having to get the crankshaft position sensor changed??? The truck already has new plugs and wires, new distributor cap and rotor and new camshaft position sensor and I still have no spark??? Truck stalled while doing normal speed and hasn’t run since?

  6. As the great Peter Ustinov said about stupid bosses
"He got to the top because he had no abilities to detain him at the bottom" !,
How true is this just to look at todays political candidates what skills do they have in any non political industies.
    Political folks hate technical people.

  7. Thank you for this video this helped me after my truck up and died in the middle of the interstate. I was stumped and couldnt find much info so thank you!
Also the icm was the factory part with 325k miles on it

  8. When you did the electricals has always leaning towards either the road or the modulator I've had it happen to my 75 Blazer and I had to change it after the engine died all of a sudden and then I got it towed home fired it up and it ran till it got up to heat saturation and then I had to sit on top of the motor take the modulator out of the distributor and put a new one in and it was summertime I was a lot thinner then I didn't sweat like I do nowadays because I'm a fat old man but have a good evening thanks for the test sequence it was very educational bye
