The Oppo F7 features a 6.2inch IPS LCD display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ resolution. It also sports a notch like the iPhone X and has a bottom chin.
On the other hand the Vivo V9 sports a 6.3 inch 19:9 IPS LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution. It also sports an iPhone X style notch and has very thin bezels.

The Oppo F7 runs on the Mediatek Helio P60 octa core chip along with 4GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. There is another 6GB RAM version with 128GB internal storage.
In comparison the Vivo vivo has Snapdragon 626 processor along with 4 gigs of ram and 64 GB of storage.It does sport a dedicated micro sd card slot.

The F7 has a 3,400mAh battery.while the V9 packs a 3260mAh battery.

The Oppo F7 has an AI powered 25MP selfie shooter and a 16mp rear shooter. The Vivo V9 sports a 16+5mp dual rear camera setup while the front sports a 24mp selfie shooter.

The Oppo F7 runs on Colour OS 5.0 which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The Vivo V9 runs on Funtouch OS also based on Android Oreo 8.1
