  1. I don't know did I ask before do you have Russian blood in you cuz Russians drink tea and coffee out of glass every time you show a coffee or just about every time it's a glass

  2. Man you have patience! I can't imagine working on something so complex while giving an ongoing commentary and losing my right hand to a camera. lol the camera would go flying – get the #@^& outa my way damn it!

  3. You need a spreadsheet of w here and what parts are located, yes I know it's easier said than done, but, it is a good idea. Organization.?

  4. I worked in a garage that specialized in VW's In the early 70's. Rebuilt dozens of engines, but never disassembled a transaxle. The most common problem was slipping out of 4th gear. Always just got a replacement from the junkyard. Really enjoyed your video of the disassembly and reassembly of the transaxle even after all these years. Keep up the good work!

  5. Hope it all works out. Suggestion before scrapping pull the bearings, mine are in a 5gal. pail with lid, it has gotten me out of a few jam's.

  6. Hope it worked mustie, looks like you have it setup close enough 😀
Perhaps (later on) you can hack an old casing up so it can be used to test and adjust the positions of the selectors, a couple of large portholes would allow access 😀
