Join the crew as we get some welding and shop work done. I finally finished the rebar table and now will be moving on to building shelves to help us stay organized. One of the employees was let go but we are moving forward. Spring is right around the corner and there is a lot to do before the season starts! Enjoy

  1. I have come to the conclusion that government employees are hired out of pitty or who they know. Some of the most brainless people I know work in government positions.

  3. Just wanted to reach out and say I love your channel and I saw where you went to the air force museum in Dayton Ohio. I live 20 minutes away from there and go there with my daughter. It's a cool place and the air force one is the plane that Kennedys body was flown back to Washington.

  4. Maybe you should consider a personal trainer. Someone who knows your personal goals what you eat etc. you would be surprised what a personal trainer can do for you.

  5. I always thought Taylor was a waste of money. You need a guy that can do everything. Welding mechanic plumber electrician carpenter you name it he can do it. Unfortunately guys like that are hard to find.

  6. If you're trying to lose weight going to the gym and putting on muscle isnt going to do much. It's all about calories. Eat clean meat and stay off carbs and sugar.

  7. Ryan, you probably wont see this, and may have already thought of it, but why cant you just install 2" and 6" PVC Pipe into those holes to make them the correct size? I am sure you could just put hydraulic cement around the PVC pipe and then it be the correct size. That may be why the holes were larger in the first place, they assume pipes were to be installed thought the cut outs.

  8. Those diet drinks are dangerous, toxic and will make you keep weight on they are NOT for dieting they were for diabetics originally until they realized they were causing cancer and dementia and killing people

  9. Not that I want you to be in a bad mood or discouraged, it is nice to see that I’m not the only one that gets that way. Especially with my diet and exercise. I sometimes felt like I was the only one going through the down times when I would get there.

    We got this though Ryan. I had to stop weighing my self everyday cause I got to discouraged. Now I just weigh myself once a week. Thank you for all the videos.

  10. stop drinking diet doctor pepper and stop eating heavily processed foods like culver's and other places like it. Do less weight and more reps, and change your workout routing to confuse your muscles. Right now you've plateaued. Sleep is curtail and so is stressed management. Get a Biomarker Blood Test Panel done, too.

  11. Ryan, you work out and eat right cause it’s healthy and the right thing to do. If you are only doing it to lose weight, you’ll constantly be upset man

  13. You need to be at a calorie deficit in order to lose weight.

    For example if you eat 2,500 calories in a day and you want to lose weight you need to exercise enough to lose 3,000 calories. That’s why watching what you eat isn’t to big of a deal like people say. As long as you do a workout that losses more calories than you ate in that day

  14. It always blows my mind how people can be so smart and insightful in all areas of their life but then confused why they can’t lose weight. You’re not eating perfect to lose weight, you are eating at maintenance, Eat less.

  15. You might put one AP in each room, The metal structures really mess with wifi. Trying to connect wifi units via mesh and not via ethernet in a metal building like that is no bueno

  16. Stop weighing yourself every day, do it the first week of every month, weighing in pound by pound is pointless and discouraging. You hold more than a pound of water weight every night.

  17. Bro i realize to you im just a random commenter buy i promise you i know what im talking about. If your not losing weight over time then your not in a caloric deficit. Your diet might be perfect for your current weight, if you wanna lose weight you have to drop some calories. If you want some help with your diet I can help no charge lol. Im a big fan. Weight training barely burns any calories i know you walk alot but walk more consistently and you will lose weight

  18. Your issues with the city is political. When you poured a floor for a customer in the north woods. You had nothing but easy money. Madison is 30 square miles surrounded by reality.
