Missing Juvenile Jaylannie Hernandez from the 15th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Jaylannie Hernandez. Jaylannie was last seen March 14 2026, at 7:48PM on the 5000 block of Ditman St.
Jaylannie is 13, 5’1″, 145 lbs., blonde and brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing all gray clothes, including a gray “Essentials†hooded sweatshirt. She was last seen walking north on the 5000 block of Ditman St.
