The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Andrea Hernandez. Andrea was last seen December 27, 2025, at 4:00pm, on the 1800 block of Tustin Ave.
Andrea is 16 years-of-age, 5’1”, 230lbs, brown eyes, brown hair, wearing a black/white Rockstar hoodie, light blue coat, black pants, black “New Balance” sneakers.
