Missing Person Luis Almazan from the 17th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Luis Almazan (Emery). Luis is a 40-year-old male who was reported missing by a friend was last seen heading to City Hall on April 13, 2026.
Luis is described as 5’7” tall and approximately 150 pounds. It is unknown what he was wearing when he left his residence on the 1600 block of South Street.
