These dogs are well trained….when training there isn't all the people, lights, noise, etc. It must be very distracting.
A cop let there dog go on my friend,and my friend let his pit bull go and boy I tell you that police dog got a taste of his own medication, they had to shoot the pit bull, police dog got put down a week later.

To be fair Kato is probably used to apprehending suspects longer. High energy and high stamina is great for tracking down suspects.
