17:17 see all the moisture trapped behind the old concrete against their foundation wall, cinder block.. Not a great look!! Even looks like some ready mix was added at some point to the connection btwn the driveway/sidewalk and the foundation walls. Maybe they had some under ground drains added to their basement, and that's when the ready mix or whatever was added around foundation lool
