23:27 ATF has a LOWER boiling point than POWER STEERING Fluid, more so than aftermarket Performance Fluid. Sick of some of these lower dollar hacks, that just cost more in the long run. All you drifters burning up pumps and racks because you're too cheap tha buy the right fluid SMH
