A model 3 performance does not come with a mechanical LSD . It’s open diff. But it does have factory track mode / drift mode to disable traction control and re gen. Also the pre 2021 model 3 RWD were a bit faster bc they had NMC batteries (not LFP batteries 🔋 2021-2023). Also some older 2021-2018 rwd teslas had smaller battery packs , so they were about 300 pounds lighter. The best rwd model 3 would be NMC battery, with “standard range” battery size making it only 3,500lbs curb weight .
