  1. HAHA CSS blocks suck. I had 2 blocks that did the same thing I caught mine before they were run. Now they are lawn ornaments and I built a Darton MID sleeved block. CSS is trash. CSS DOES NOT PRESSURE TEST THEIR BLOCKS

  2. What turbos are on this?,the turbos you put on all your other Honda builds?
    Hope you get it sorted as I'd like see when this comes on boost???

  3. Glad I'm not the only one with a new rebuild and something bad leaking. Mine is headgasket leaking on outside of block on oil return routes.

  4. Always while the block is at the machine shop ask to have it magna fluxed! Oil passages and coolant. Or buy a crack check set from Grainger! Its a bit pricy it is a three step process using just aerosol cans. But it works and could save you thousands!

  5. The machine shop should have pressure tested and crack tested the block b4 machining it so should of been found id be talking to ur machine shop for answers as its wasted ur time and money

  6. I have personally never bored a block without having my machine shop using dye penetrate to check for cracks. You guys are doing great you will have her back together in no time.

  7. Tig it.. jb weld it… chewing gum it … sounds like its time to concrete the block … dry block twin turbo k swapped mr2 sounds awesome…
