15. It might be the guide pins on the front pads. The front pads float on the calipers the guide pins hold them in. The guide pins get dust on them, and creek on the pad guide slots. Probably wrong but worth a try

20. You should check that rear diff to make sure the lsd clutch plates are in the proper order. Look up CZEROMEDIA for the explanation and you should hit him up for questions on your suspension geometry.
