  1. Would this fix the tapping noise I hear coming from my pcv valve? My stethoscope led me to believe mines is bad after switching to my catch can.

  2. Thanks a bunch.  FedEx delivered the PCV valve for my 1999 GMC Sierra SLT today, I saw this video just a few minutes ago, and just like that the valve is replaced.  Less than two minutes. The old one (says AG Rochester, CV 948) must be original equipment.  Man do I need to keep up better with the upkeep on my truck.  Thanks again.

  3. My 07 gmc sierra 1500 the front brakes keep building up pressure on my brake pedal and the pedal it's harder and harder to the point where I'm slowing down on high rpm.when I first start my truck it's normal the brakes after 10 minutes I'll start to feel my brakes pressing automatically. What's wrong with it? I need a new check valve? ?

  4. Hi is there any kind of way to get the bolt out in the cover? I put my Escalade in the shop and the mechanics cross threaded it . I need to replace my pvc valve.

  5. My dads 2001 1500hd with the 6.0 has about 250000 on it and lately theres been a noise coming from the motor and its like a deep type of radle coming from the front of the right valve cover or so we think. Its not a tick because it does that to and the sounds are different. And it goes away when gas is added but comes back hear and there while driving

  6. Pull out teh valve and grommet with needle nose pliers being careful not to let any pieces fall in to the engine. I don't know that this is a problem on these 6.0L. This truck is 10 years old and has 273,000 miles and it came apart and went back together with no issue.

  7. What do you do when the grommet that the PCV fits through gets hard and inflexible? I've had a few that seem impossible to pull out because of that.
