In this video, I take a look at a customer’s 2003 Ford Thunderbird that’s had a persistent SES light for a small EVAP leak. After years of gas cap swaps, shop visits, and inspection hassles, the owner’s finally ready to get it fixed for real. We narrow down the leak to the area around the fuel tank, but to confirm it we’ll need to drop the tank—so we check in with the customer to see if they want to move forward. You’ll find out what happens next in the following video.
