this is our last visit to this estate that did foreign car restorations, mostly big machines that are now left. l filled my trailer with what l thought would be the most useful for my setup. this is the video showing what it took to get it out of the building.

One persons story ends and another begins.

At 16;50 I thought it waS ALL OVER WHEN he plugged that compressor in, I thought that electric arc got him
probably would have been good to keep those rubber pads for under that compressor once it gets to its new home
The golf cart looks around a 1980s, maybe 1970s, vintage.
That air compressor is a huge score. I really need an air compressor badly and boy they are stupid expensive. I only need a 20-80 gallon tank that can provide 11-18 continuous psi. Our shop is tiny so space is a huge concern. This thing is gigantic!
ever hear of a johnson bar?
18:07 Drain the water from the tank to make it lighter.
Nice job sir Nice show sir cool Garage 😀👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍
Hey mustie did you get those tools put up
Yet?
How can I get the WW era machete? I'm an Ex-surveyor and have used a machete to cut a lot of line needed for surveying new property.
Please, rescue that mercedes…
Thank you for saving that sign bracket!!!!
I really like you, I do, you have a great message. Please don't clap ypur hands when making a point. Its really, well, Karen.
You could have saved that pressure in the air tank, turned it in the right direction, and let the thrust help you push it where you want it to go.
You know, if they would have left everything in the trailer, the contents would have paid for the trailer! ( That was at least a $100 mud room bench etc etc)
Thank you for saving that sign bracket! It killed me when they said they were dumping it in the scrap pile.
Looking forward to seeing the steam cleaner. I used one on a cold day and cracked my windshield. Then I said " whooops"….today I would cry. ( as if we don't have enough bills already ).
Happy to see the upgrades. Wishing you safe travels on these journeys.
Is the older gentleman, future Mustie1?
Thanks for the video!
I also thought that bracket was cool Mustie… Art like that should not be scrapped.
I fitted wheels to my compressor, makes it easy to move around, even wheel it into my vw splitty and take it to jobs on occasions.
Pity about that car lift.
26:51 a comealong sitting RIGHT on that table.. : )
Did you buy that big Enclosed Trailer or did they buy that?
Mustie, was this an online type auction.? Are you going to get anything else from this place?
HI ASK j TO HELP YOU
Man, all the fluids, chemicals and paint going to the dumpster.. 😢
Did I miss how far you went to this place? Go get the cart and put a VW engine in it… 🙂
You are in over your head
$ castors would had been handy if they didn't get crushed lol
That southbend Heavy 10 is a fantastic lathe. Common during the later part of WWII to be found on many larger military boats / subs. Built like a tank, great for beginners too. If you do go back and it is there you should grab it (might need a few more hands… it probably weighs over 1000lbs.
The compressor is a beauty, the antique furniture in the van: painted Hitchcock chair early 19th century, fall front secretaire bureau early country circa 1820, The Windsor chairs possibly Shaker, Six plank coffer, oak panelled coffer, drop leaf table early. What a treasure hunt. The sheave block wow biggest one I have seen. Hanging wrought frame for a sign nice.
I agree he worked harder than the other two.
I knew you would.t pass up that Iron stuff I worked at an Iron shop in California and that would have cost $1000's to make let alone to sell… Bobby.
South bend lathe .. That's when my town made things
Quality items well worth the labor to get.
Man I would love to have that lift and lathe, and all the other tools getting left behind. How come all this cool stuff happens thousands of miles away?
Back Pain: The Movie.
Good score.
Three men who know what a days work is, and aren’t afraid of it. The “old guy” was amazing! Loved this video.
When you plugged in the compressor !😮
should of put the table upside down then it take almost no room
Convert the kart to 48V lithium LifePO4 battery!!
I’ll bet you slept well that night!
Cool but kind of sad too.Someones life’s work moves on.
Luckily some of it is going to someone who appreciates its and not headed to the trash heap.
I am watching this late at night, I think I woke the neighbor's up laughing when Mustie 1 showed the 'stoned' raccoon!
