  1. 👋 that’s why I love your videos cause your real verses fake so I can relate when life goes south it shows me that no one’s life is perfect and the fact that you have a great wife and a big family and you balance everything…. Not perfectly but who’s perfect 👍🏻

  2. Thank god when someone asked who is your main man to go to now after bugs left. If he would of said LazyY E I would of stopped watching, franny definitely over Lazy E,so I would say franny or tino if he was more reliable to be on time but he got his new alarm ⏰ clock now. So maybe him lol

  3. As an accountant let me simply say relax with the audit. Its not worth your stress and anything they find, while maybe a suprise or two along the way but you cant beat yourself for things you can no longer control. Youre right though this would be within the realm of an office team. A lot of small businesses eventually get to this point. You need to decide what you want. If your down to keep growing get a business manager, if its too much and you dont want to do it well not eveything is your problem.

  4. I love your MEXICO hat and im 100% American , i remember Carlito gave it to you as a gift. I bet he’ll see it and this video will put a big smile on his face

  5. If you do the thing with your friend just structure it as if he’s short a skid steer and has a hire he rents from you then sun rents to customer. Then he’s a customer of you and you could just do him a reduced rate. Keeps things seperate and he’s not obligated to keep your stuff working if he’s too busy he can keep the client and you treat him as a customer and invoice him

  6. You can be the owner and decision maker still, with a business manager keeping the leads, bids & books in order. One of the biggest mistakes guys make as they grow their business is your exact dilemma. It's just not possible to continue growing after a certain point while having your hands in everything.

You have a good crew, but it's apparent you can't send them out alone, stop at the jobsite twice a day for 20 minutes at a time & go back to managing your business, it's also apparent you have no interest in doing that 😂 Its fine, hire your salesman, bring in a business manager, you'll be able to rip through jobs, make your money faster & have less weight on your shoulders when 8pm rolls around and its bed time.

  7. THE GUY THAT DID YOUR ROOF, JAMMED YOU. NOT SURE IF HE DID IT ON PURPOSE OR HE JUST DIDNT KNOW. WHEN YOU CUT THE RIDGE VENT, YOU DONT CUT THE ROOF ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE HOUSE, BUT YOU DO COVER IT ALL THE WAY TO THE END. THAT WAY YOU DONT HAVE AS MANY ROOF LINES. AND IT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE HE TRIED TO SAVE $26 ON YOUR JOB.

  8. Chinese companies are trying to take over trade supply industries. They’re at every trade show and are increasingly growing. To not have a patent on your new design would be a mistake and set a president in my opinion.

  9. Hello Ryan. I'm praying that you find/have the help you need to successfully manage all your business. Based on the stress you seem to have (and have told us about), I'm confident the Lord knows you have huge shoulders. Take care of yourself and your family. Make sure you keep priorities matched up with Scripture.

  10. I wish I lived near you….im about to retire and I am a 36 year auditor with an education in business management.
Hiring an organizer/manager will be money well spent!

  11. I have dedicated computer glasses with blue light blocking as I sit at my computer all day. Then I have progressive lens glasses for driving and all else.
