Customer of the year and LOTS of help!

Join the expanded concrete crew as we do a stamped overlay and a new colored and stamped sidewalk. We had plenty of help and we had a lot of fun on this job. Shout out to this great family that is instilling great work ethic in the kids. I LOVE to see this! Enjoy

  1. Set up a point system, that’s fair for everyone, ppl who are sick when they actually sick won’t get many points, but the ppl that are sick more than usual or late all the time, won’t keep it up for long if after a certain amount of points it’s kudos, and then like after a year or so the points come back, so if like your someone who doesn’t take advantage and u get sick or are late very minimally maybe you’ll have like 3 points, then after a year those points drop off back at 0, but the ppl that take advantage, max points 10 or something, every time u late it’s half a point, when ur sick or call in the day off that’s 1 or 2, whatever, just a lil something

  2. It's crazy I've been watching you for over a year on Facebook haven't seen you for a while so I came and checked here this is literally the first YouTube video I've ever watched of yours

  3. Please, have these kids help you next summer. I love seeing the next generation of hard working kids. I see hope in our future seeing this🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  4. Ryan I'm watching the videos quite late fell behind. First time in 2 years. But yes Daryl teeth coming out was so great! Watched that again a few weeks ago for the laugh!

  5. The sad truth is these kids work better than 75% of his crew. And it look like the concrete they poured looks better than a crew thats been doing it for years. I know driveway is just a broom finish but its very rough looking u can see swirl marks from floating, bad spots not very impressive at all

  6. Ryan. It’s not a “ fault” issue. Times change. People and circumstances change. You have to adjust your company to account for the changes. No one is a fault. But applying rules and procedures according to your growing company and holding employees to higher standards is not wrong either. You have a company to run and customers to serve. Having everyone on same page keeps things transparent for all involved ,. Prayers for continued success 🎉❤ love from Florida. Michelle. Long time fan. 😊😊

  7. How about doing a time clock system every week they earn a certain amount of time towards vacation accrued time or give a set time of days they have available to take off vacation and sick days , being late is deductible from check if it’s 2 hours stuff like that if nothing is put in order they will take advantage and feel like no matter what victory will pay them full day no matter what they do

  8. Morning from Australia 🇦🇺 Ryan 👋
    Suggestion 🗳
    might need to set
up some irrigation & pump outta the pond to help with your grass !
How did you go with obtaining that building at the End of Your Block ?

  9. Some people see kindness as weakness, it's sad but true, it doesn't make them bad people, you just have to be firmer with them, being friendly is not being their friend, at the end of the day you're the boss, they have to see that.

  10. Every once in awhile would be understandable. But a few of your guys just take advantage of you and your situation. And probably feel like you need them for some reason.

  11. Those young men are going places. HUGE props to Mom and Dad. Really obvious when a married couple works as a team to raise their kids. They have compassion, and integrity with a amazing work ethic.

  12. Givers need to keep limits in check because takers have ZERO limits. When you get ready to move hire a rollback to move the toolboxes. A tow company can do it very easily.

  13. Awesome compliment on them kids wanting to learn, and help. Now a days the gaming systems and some parents don't believe in hands on. I commend you for letting them help out, that's awesome. And another reason my son and I are subscribers 👍

  14. i would look into renting a hydraulic drop deck trailer, i have had my 6 foot tall 8 foot wide tool box moved on flatbed wreckers and moved it myself with the trailer it is so much easier and went better with the trailer
