  1. just use dot 4… the entire idea behind it was to improve on, n make something
safer n more consistent… the only thing you'll get with dot 3 vs 4 is lower performance

  2. Some of the Brake Pad Break in procedures are insane slam on brakes at 45mph 5 times then Light brake pressure at 15mph 8 times then Medium slam on brake 10 times at 50 like Come on With these company's that make brake pads they all have a different procedure I tend to do the sane as you Eric O they don't need to be 300 degrees to Brandish the pads they just need to be used to Mary the pads to the rotors good video Eric O @SouthMainAutoRepairLLC

  3. What's going on with your roads? I thought you were the greatest country on earth? And this is the result? I have never seen a road in the western world as bad as that.

  4. Which autel do you uses ms908sp or mk908p or What's going to work best for Key programming ecu programming in general Or if you could think of a better starting platform That has the capabilities and functions To get beyond your normal scan tools

  5. What I would like to know is every time I buy new pads I have never gotten any hardware. I think you mean those squealers and end clips. Maybe you have to tell them you want them and pay extra. Only been replacing pads since 1970 and they have never given me hardware. Shucks I never knew you could ask for it.

  6. I use thin film of regular grease…sometimes brake grease between the hub and the rotor and the rotor and the wheel. I started doing this after a very bad experience with a mazda brake rotor that would not come free from the hub on one of my parents vehicles. I also include at least one panic stop in the test drive. Make sure it is tracking straight.

  7. Had a couple cans of that and someone mentioned that issue and when I was cleaning up putting my toys away both cans were missing and I had non left the person who brought it to my attention pilfered both cans his father brought them back and said the kid didnt think I was paying enough attention to what he was telling me I said that's fine dont bring him back round here then

  8. Yeah chip flake or crack remember the good old days when ford had calipers that had 4 stainless steel pistons 2 and a half inches to 3 inches diameter and rebuilds took 20 minutes each
