Endangered Missing Person Hilary Uhl from the 24th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a endangered missing person Hilary Uhl. Hilary was last seen October 20, 2025, on the 29xx block of Belgrade St. Hilary is suspected to be in York, Pa.
She is 40 years-of-age, 5’8″, 200 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing green pants and a black and white blouse.
