The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. A 32-year-old Votha Sok was last seen on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 7:18 p.m., on the 28XX block of South Sheridan Street.
He is 6′ 0″, 155 lbs., brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing an orange/ black hoodie, and sweatpants Spider brand.
