I grew up with this “white guy” in the 70s and as for myself, being Hispanic, Tim Ryan has always been the most respectful, fun loving, young man. I’ve seen him around blacks and Hispanics growing up and he knew no difference in skin color. He stood out more to us, because he was a tall white guy. Should I sound racist?
