Corvette transaxle? I never have seen anyone tackle the question before, but has anyone made an adapter that bolts a LS to a corvette transaxle minus the torque tube? Would seem like a lot cheaper option and I'm dying to know since rail buggies are quickly becoming a fetish of mine.

OMG for an engineer this is so difficult to watch no precession or tolerances been thought about everything is hand cut with little or none precision tools. I wonder if this car will ever drive straight lol 🙂 sorry i am sure your an excellent welder, mechanic and youtuber but this makes my eyes bleed lol 🙁
Now, I know you got past this, but why didn't you swap suspension side to side for clearance? Maybe it wouldn't have worked. Just curious.

Nice to see videos like this. I did the Gallardo transaxle mated to a twin turbo LSX in my GTM a few years ago and had the struggles that look like have largely been addressed. Good stuff!
