But we’re not hopping on the interstate here folks – these guys and gals have to drive on backroad highways and through the Rocky Mountains, enduring long stretches without gas, high elevation, and steep mountain roads. Where you stopped and looked down at the river was mostly washed out and 77,000 Cu Yd of concrete was placed under the road. 27 miles of that road was mostly washed out.
